Blast from the Past

My sister-in-law decided to have a themed Sunday dinner for her birthday.  "Throw Back"  haha!  It was so fun!  So, naturally she wanted a Barbie Cake. 

I've always wanted to make one of these, they're so cute. I remember my mom making me one when I was little except it was covered in those tiny colored marshmallows.

Chocolate & Turquoise

Loved this bride and her sweet Mama!  At our first consultation I was super pregnant and her mom brought me a sandwich!  It was pretty cute.  

Lolly chose a 3 tier wedding cake with the middle layer being a bit taller than the rest.  This is a huge trend in the cake biz these days.  It's always fun to get creative with tier sizes.

Lolly also wanted their initials somewhere on the cake, so we used my handy dandy Circuit Cake Machine to cut out the letters.

Turned out pretty cute!
