Happiness!

Crystal (our lovely bride) was a co-worker and good friend of mine from a while back.  She's an INCREDIBLE florist, so I couldn't wait to see what her reception was going to look like!  

It was beautiful!  So happy, fresh, and fun.  Lots of yellow!

Her cake is somewhat simple.  Buttercream, square with modern/classic buttercream detailing.  All tied in with a gorgeous giant sunflower.

These floral pieces were hanging from the ceiling.  

Such a fun idea!

Triple chocolate cake with bavarian cream filling!

Cake pops are triple chocolate cake mixed with cream cheese filling and lemon cake mixed with cream cheese frosting.

Yo Gabba Gabba!

I wasn't familiar with the TV show Yo Gabba Gabba until my little guy was born.  

Weird.

But entertaining. 

(you know, entertaining for the kidletts, not for me ... ok fine .. I've watched it more than once)

These cupcakes were made for a little girls 2nd birthday party (one of the cutest little girls ever, by the way).  Mama bought some Yo Gabba Gabba plastic rings to go on top of the cupcakes. Fun!

Bring on the Spring!

Our lovely bride chose a quilted pattern for the top and bottom tiers and buttercream scroll work on the middle tier.  Round, white fondant.  Very cute, very springy!  Loved her color pallet.
