Cupcakes!

I absolutely love to make cupcakes! They can be simple and fun or gourmet and elegant. These cupcakes were made for a friends birthday party. Triple chocolate fudge cupcakes with almond buttercream frosting and cute little fondant flowers on top. Very cute!

I made these "pink-a-licious" cupcakes for my adorable niece and her 4th birthday party! She loves a book called Pink-a-licious, where a little girl eats so many pink cupcakes she turns pink! So I made some yummy pink colored cupcakes topped with raspberry glaze and buttercream, and sprinkled with sugar crystals. (please forgive my horrid photography!)
