The other day I had a hankerin for some cakepops. Kyle picked out the yellow chocolate, and I picked the toppings. I mixed chocolate and creamcheese frosting into a baked, triple chocolate cake and made these fun little fellas. I topped them off with toffee bits, mini chocolate chips and oreo crumbs. They were so good!
They worked out perfect for birthday favors and thank you treats for people who subbed for our primary class ;)

Um, yea! These were amazing! I kept talking about them for a couple of days afterward to random people... "Have you ever had a cake pop?" I would say and they would be all "NOOOO!" And I would proceed to tell them all about you and your awesomeness!
